Chicken Tikka Masala
Ingredients
6 skinless chicken breasts (chopped)
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Kashmir chilli powder
Salt to taste

1 tsp ajwain seeds
2 tbsp gram flour
Oil for frying

1 cup curd
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmir chilli powder
2 tbsp mustard oil / other veg oil

1 tsp cumin seeds
2 onions (chopped)
A piece of ginger (chopped)
2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp tomato pureee
Coriander leaves (chopped)
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method
Marinate chicken with salt chilli & ginger +garlic paste.
Keep in the refrigerator for an hour.

Take curd in a bowl.
Mix it with chilli powder, turmeric powder & mustard oil.
Warm the oil in a pan & add ajwain seeds.
Then add gram flour & fry on medium heat.
Add gram flour to the prepared curd & mix well.
Then add marinated chicken pieces & keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours

Soak the wooden skewers in water.
Pre-heat oven to 220°C.
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto wooden skewers.
Bake for 15mn.
Take out & baste with the marinade.
Return to the oven & bake for another 15 mn.

Heat oil in a pan & fry cumin seeds
Then add chopped ginger & garlic .
Fry for a while & the add chopped onions & fry till light golden brown.
Add salt, chilli powder , turmeric powder & coriander powder.
Fry for a while & then add tomato pureee.
Add water , cover & cook for few minuites.
Then add chicken tikka pieces & cover them with gravy.
Garnish with garam masala & coriander leaves.

Riccotta-Chocolate Cake with Pears
Ingredients
150g Ricotta cheese
100g black chocolate
2 tbsp milk
220g flour
150g sugar
1 tsp baking powder
4 eggs
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

2 pears
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp cane sugar
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Peel & slice pears.
Marinate in lemon juice & keep aside.
Break the chocolate bar & add 4 tbsp milk.
Melt in microwave oven 2 mn.
Add ricotta cheese + cinnamon powder & mix well.
Add sugar to the chocolate mixture & mix well.
Add beaten eggs.
Mix flour & baking powder together and fold into the cake mixture.
Pour the batter into the greased cake pan.
Dip the pear slices in cane sugar & arrange over the cake.
Bake for 35mn & serve with tea .
